Upgrade Download

This mandatory update kit contains changes to STP XML Validation, creation and upload to ATO. SAFF file Payment Reference Number generation has changed aligning to ATO and Clearing House requirements. After installation of this Upgrade you must co-ordinate with your IT Support for access to the WorkDESK_STP2Service, see the Update Notice email for full instructions. This update must be installed prior to your next Payrun.

It will require all users to be logged out of WorkDESK for the duration of the install.

The upgrade password is emailed separately to current WorkDESK Subscribers.

The following issues have been addressed since the last upgrade​

  • (AU) Change the SAFF Payment Reference Number (PRN) so each distinct fund gets its own PRN reused across that funds employees based on ABN. SMSF funds by BSB+Account.
  • (AU) QValidation: ValidateXml2020, PAYEVNT2020.dll, PAYEVNTEMP2020.dll, References.dll Updated for ‘Q’ validation.
  • (AU) WorkDESK_STP2Service update.
