WorkDESK Certificate Update (06/10/2023)
The upgrade can be downloaded and installed anytime & will require all users to be logged out of WorkDESK for the duration of the install.
No upgrade password is required for this installation.
Certificate Update Instructions – Instructions for installing the WorkDESK Certificate Update (All User’s) – Instructions are the same as for 12.3275.
Note for this release, step 10 will not prompt for a password.
