The upgrade can be downloaded and installed anytime, however it will require all users to be logged out of WorkDESK for the duration of the install.
During the first login after installing this upgrade you will be prompted with I54009 about an update to your database. Press OK to this message and perform a backup once prompted. This should only occur once for each database. You should complete this step for all active databases immediately after installing this upgrade & before allowing other users to login.
The upgrade password is emailed separately to current WorkDESK Subscribers.
12.5021 Update Instructions – Instructions for installing the WorkDESK 12.5021 Update (All User’s) – Instructions are the same as for 12.3275.
Upgrade WorkDESK Outlook Integration.pdf – This upgrade contains version 12.5018 of Outlook Integration for Office 2019 if you are experiencing issues with your current version of Outlook Integration you should uninstall your previous version and have 12.5018 installed. This version will support Office 2016 32 bit and 64 bit
Installing WdServer service.pdf – WDServer should not require re-installation for this upgrade. These notes should assist with stopping/ starting these services referenced in the update instructions.
The following issues have been addressed since the last upgrade
(AU) Flare HR Integration – This version will provide the ability to import onboarding information from Flare HR into WorkDESK. After Activation this will allow you to: – Import from a new Flare HR tab in System-Control – Automatic File Loading. – Import a CSV file from Flare HR, match the entries against existing Candidate name and email addresses, or provide options to resolve any unmatched Candidates. – Unmatched Candidates can be linked to existing Candidates or added as new ones.
(AU) Security Certificate update included for STP Submissions
(AU) Allowance-DeductionTransactionHistory Report Updated for Deductions – some deductions previously reported with no deduction code (only a description) – this is now resolved to include the code.
Payroll History Ledger ‘Export Job Order Detail’ issue resolved where an adjustment payrun included a job order detail incorrectly.
